The DutchLine electric underfloor heating mat 1200W delivers comfortable warmth to rooms up to 8m², keeping your bathroom, kitchen or living room pleasantly heated from the floor up. This heating mat provides a consistent and even heat pattern, ensuring comfortable floor temperatures even on cold tiles or natural stone. The system operates on 220V and is designed for energy-efficient heating without the need for radiators or pipework.

The heating mat is constructed from high-quality heating cables fully embedded in a flexible mesh, making it resistant to moisture and suitable for long-term use in wet rooms. The slim profile of just a few millimetres means the floor build-up height is kept to a minimum, making the system ideal for renovation projects where every centimetre counts. The cable is evenly distributed across the mat for optimum heat output with no cold spots.

Installation is straightforward – simply unroll the mat onto the subfloor, then bed it directly into a layer of tile adhesive or self-levelling compound before laying the finished floor. Thanks to the flexible construction, the mat can easily be manoeuvred around obstacles and corners, while the mesh prevents the heating cable from shifting during application of the adhesive layer. For a complete system, we recommend purchasing a thermostat so you can precisely control the floor temperature and optimise your energy consumption.

The heating system is supplied complete with a connection cable and a cold tail for connection to the thermostat, so you can get started with installation straight away.
