This trap is suitable when your basin or cloakroom basin has a Ø32 mm waste outlet and the entry point in the wall or floor is not directly beneath the trap. The flexible pipe allows you to route the trap to the left, right, or at an angle without additional fittings. The white finish complements white basins, cloakroom basins, and trap covers.

If your basin waste outlet is Ø40 mm or larger, this trap will not fit. This type of bottle trap is also not intended for showers or baths. Always check the waste outlet size of your basin before ordering.

Installation and use

The most common mistake when fitting a flexible bottle trap is stretching the pipe too far or bending it too sharply. Keep the bend as gradual as possible and ensure the pipe has a slight fall towards the waste outlet in the wall — otherwise water will sit in the pipe and cause odour problems. The strainer simply clips onto the waste outlet of the basin after installation.
